Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) is a rigorous and unique degree program that offers students the versatility to design academic plans through the process of integrative learning. Working closely with their advisors, IDS students develop two- or three-discipline study plans that integrate multicultural and multidisciplinary perspectives. Students gain sought-after skills—including critical thinking, writing, research, and communication skills—that will position them for success to match their professional goals.

Interdisciplinary degree plans cover a wide variety of academic options. Many of our 100+ graduates each year are employed in business, industry, government agencies, or operate their own small businesses.
